C is for Cookie

If I made them with half as much butter, does that mean I get to eat twice as many cookies?

What are they?! are they a kind of no bakes? Can you just halve the butter or did you add something else as a substitute?

I made chocolate PB nobakes tonight. I ate 4 of them. I ran out of oats and had to use fresh-rolled soft wheat berries which are A LOT CHEWIER AND TOUGHER and so I can't eat the whole batch, it's too hard on my jaw. Which, I guess, is good. Because otherwise I would eat them all.

But I didn't take a nice picture and blog. Should I?

What a pretty plate!

anyway, post or send me the recipe!

I should not have looked at this while I am so hungry! I got busy and didn't eat dinner.

Love the angle of the photos.

Yum! I'm eating low-fat now so even half the butter is too much for me. Well, maybe if I only ate one it would be okay, but that probably wouldn't happen.

Coming back to check (pester?) for the recipe!!!!!!!!

I have to 1.) make Rosanne's coconut no-bakes
2.) make your mystery non-cocoa-looking no-bakes
3.) try the low fat ones I found a recipe for

so ... I'll be back, pestering. :-D

I typed my recipe into Sparkspeople's recipe thingie and, really, they're not horrible in their fat/carb/protein balance. I'd like them a little less high sugar and a little lower fat, but hey. I could do worse for a snack.

ramble ramble. ;-)
